The Ivana Murišić atelier (Podgorica, Montenegro) respects your privacy and processes personal data in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act and the principles of the GDPR.
What data we collect
When you fill in the appointment booking, contact or configurator form, we collect the data you enter yourself: full name, phone number, e-mail address and message/note. For atelier clients, with your consent, we also keep measurement data for the purpose of making garments.
Purpose of processing
We use your data solely to respond to your enquiry, arrange an appointment and provide the garment-making service. We do not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.
Data retention
We keep your data only for as long as necessary to provide the service and meet our legal obligations, after which we delete or anonymise it.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase and port your data, as well as the right to withdraw consent at any time. You can send a request to ivanamurisic@gmail.com.
Cookies
The site uses only the necessary technical cookies to function. We do not use tracking cookies for marketing purposes.
